Please call us for all matters related to your care but bear in mind that the phones lines are very busy and for general enquiries, prescription queries and test results lines will be open from 11am. The appointments line will however, be open during our full working hours.

We would like to inform you that the eConsult service is currently available and is the best way to bypass the call queue.

By using eConsult to submit a simple form, the platform will collect your medical or administrative request and send it through to our GP practice. We will use this information to triage the request and we will contact you by the end of the next working day.

eConsult will ask you to confirm if you are a patient of Maritime Health Partnership, Edgeway, St Mary’s Island, Chatham ME4 3EP. If you are a registered patient at any of our sites (St Mary’s Island Surgery, St Mary’s Medical Centre, Pentagon Surgery, or The Church View Practice) please select ‘Yes’, as this is our main registered address.

You can register to use the NHS app for ordering repeat medication. If you have a passport or photo – driving licence you can register for this app without having to come to the surgery.
