What Able Futures Offers You
- Nine months of confidential, no-cost support from mental health professionals, helping you navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges while maintaining your performance at work.
- Resilience-building support to help you manage your mental health—no waiting lists, no doctor’s referrals, and access within 30 days of making a referral.
- One-on-one support with a qualified Mental Health Coach (MHC), trained to provide practical guidance tailored to your needs.
- Support for partners and family members (aged 16+) who may also be facing mental health challenges.
- Access to additional resources like Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), counselling, and therapies if needed.

Who Can Apply?
You can access Able Futures if you:
✔ Are 16+ and in paid employment (including self-employed, freelance, SME roles, temporary or permanent positions, as well as apprenticeships)
✔ Are currently at work, off sick, or have an upcoming start date for a job
✔ Are struggling with your mental health, whether diagnosed or not
✔ Are finding mental health challenges affecting your focus, motivation, relationships at work, attendance, or overall wellbeing
Able Futures is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and delivered by Ingeus, ensuring that you get the support you need at no cost.
