Lung Cancer Awareness

Lung cancer is the third most common cancer in the UK.

Smoking is the biggest cause of Lung cancer. About 7 in 10 (72%) lung cancers in the UK are caused by smoking and the more someone smokes, the bigger the risk.

If you are experiencing any of these signs and symptoms of lung cancer, please call the surgery and book an appointment with the GP.

It’s probably nothing serious, but it could be a sign of cancer. Early diagnosis and treatment of cancer can save lives.
